This object is a traditional Korean accessory called 노리개 (NORIGAE). An object that is attached to the skirt waist or Goreum(a piece of cloth that can be fastened to the collar) of a Hanbok Jeogori.

It was mainly made by tying threads, and thin and long strings hung like falling off the bottom, so it would flutter according to the movement, so I wanted to focus on these movements.
